DUET

On May 4, renowned musicians violinist Nikolay Madoyan and pianist Nikita Mndoyants will present French and Armenian music at the Aram Khachaturian Concert Hall.
Honored artist of the RA Nikolay Madoyan is a laureate of many international competitions, a recipient of the President’s Prize award, and a Guinness Record holder. Among his achievements are also the Gold Medal of the Ministry of Culture of the RA and the Medal of the Coat of Arms of the City of Yerevan. Madoyan is a musician of phenomenal virtuosic skill. He has released critically acclaimed albums with Kontrapunkt and has extensively collaborated with the world’s leading orchestras and famous conductors, bestowing a vast repertoire to an admiring audience.
A laureate of international competitions and a bright musician of modern performing arts, pianist Nikita Mndoyants has extensively toured in Europe, Asia, and the USA, performing in major venues and collaborating with distinguished conductors. Mndoyants is the winner of the Cleveland International Piano Competition and the Paderewsky International Piano Competition. He has released solo and chamber recordings on Classical Records, Praga Digitals, and Steinway & Sons labels.
